He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Deb Doffing (Greg Ewald), Edward Kanitz and Stacy; his grandchildren, Erik Kanitz (Angie), Cody Olson, Austin Olson (Sara Martinez), Krystel Doffing and Kyle Doffing; and his mother Angeline McDonald.
