He is survived by: his daughter Ginger Perzichilli; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Bailey and Brittany Perzichilli; and his siblings, Leonard (Michaela), Darlene Hammond and Phyllis Koonst. He is also survived by many other family members & friends.

Family requests no flowers, as memorials are preferred.
