He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Evelyn, Theodore Nelson, Sr., Elma and Fred Pfeifer; and his uncle Theodore "Butch" Nelson, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Cheri Hart and Arthur Hart; his siblings, Heather, Andrew and Brian; and his nephew Lee.
