She is survived by: her husband Fred; her daughters, Donna and Dianna (Johnny); her grandchildren, Tara, Rachel, Branden, Tim, Polita, Julia, Desarae, Jazlynn and Johnny Jr.; her brothers, Steve and Doug; and her mother-in-law Audrey Marie Dick. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
