It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rochelle Kasper of West Concord, Minnesota, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rochelle Kasper to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Thomas Gillard and Ardella Mae Gillard (Walker); and her parents-in-law, James and Theresa Kasper. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kasper; her children, Joshua Kasper (Tina), Carissa Hoha (Joshua), Abraham Kasper (Elizabeth), Nathaniel Kasper (Jen Welper) and Gabriel Kasper (Amber); her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Jacob, Noah, Christopher, Charles, Garrett, Isabel, Thomas, Josephine, Emaline, William, Henry, Eleanor and Richard; and her siblings, Doug Gillard (Michelle), Mark Gillard (Cheryl), Renee Paulson (Greg), Denise Jones (Wes), DeAnn Gillard (Mark Vacura), Mathew Gillard (Debra) and Melanie Davidson. She is also survived by 17 sister and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family will be put toward the purchase of plants trees, and flowers for a memory garden at the Kasper Farm.
