He is survived by: his former wife Vicky Hanson; his brother Dirt Work; his wife Vicky Avery of West Concord; his daughter Heidi Mueller (Anthony) of Ramsey; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hokanson, Brady Mueller, Hunter and Porter; his great grandchildren, Adelaide and Lyle; his granddaughter Heather Overson (Michael) of Kasson; his great grandchild Harley; his grandson Mark Anthony Avery (Jamie) of West Concord; his great grandchildren, Samantha Lippert, Anthony, Ashtyne and Austin Avery; his grandson Nathan Avery (Erin) of Wanamingo; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Deblaay (Greysen) and Rylan Avery; and his siblings, Charles Avery (Connie) of Clarks Grove, Paul Avery (Julia) of Monterey, LA, James Avery (Linda) of Owatonna, Karen Lehmberg (Larry) of West Concord, Kathy Courson (Ray) of West Concord and Joan Lowery of Rochester.
