He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Giesler and Florence Giesler (Vangness); and his stepfather Bob Wangen. He is survived by: his wife Prudence 'Prudi Plevke; his sons, Darrin Giesler (Carrie) of Mantorville, Greg Giesler (Calli) of Dodge Center and Brian Giesler of West Concord; his grandchildren, Gavin, Addison, Corbin, Cale, Greta, Urijah and Londyn; and his siblings, Charlie Giesler (Paula) of West Concord, Joe Wangen (Le Anne) of Spicer, MN, Josh Wangen (Laura) of Hawick, MN, LaVonne Boeder (Terry) of Tucson, AZ and Susan Ostendorf (Charles) of Nevis, MN. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
