He was predeceased by: his father Larry; and his grandmother Velma. He is survived by: his mother Vicki; his siblings, Sarah (Warren) and Jacob (Yuri); and his nephews, Alex, Josh and Tyler.
Tyler's final heroic act was to donate his organs. We are thankful that his organ donation will bring happiness to other families.
