She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Tolzmann and Mildred Tolzmann (Torgusen); and her sister Annabelle. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Beckmann of Boston, MA, Melissa Beckmann (Shane) of Cologne, MN and Michael Beckmann (Amy) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hannah and Caden Beckmann; and her siblings, Beverly Sartain, Stanley Tolzmann (Evie), Trudy Thomas and Julie Christensen (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
