He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Urbain and Luella Urbain (Miller); his wife Lorraine Gerber; his sisters, Arvilla Anderson (Clarence) and Ethel Steele (Norman); and his nephew Gary Steele.
He is survived by: his sister Arvilla Pearl; his children, Richard Urbain of Dodge Center, MN and Janice Russell of Holmen, WI; his grandchildren, Corina Russell, Jesse Russell and Kristin Wichert (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Bridget Russell, Ethan, Jordan Russell and Benjamin Wichert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
