She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Johnson and Margaret Johnson (O'Leary); her husband Terry; her parents-in-law, Frannie and Clara Whalen; her brothers, Darrel and Bruce Johnson; and her granddaughter Gretchen Adams.
She is survived by: her former husband Terrence Whalen; her children, Lisa (Matt Adams) of Mankato, MN and Tim (Sherry Whalen) of Placerville, CA; her grandchildren, Ryan (Harmony Whalen) of Pleasanton, CA, Zachary Adams of Mankato, MN, Stephanie (Tony Bracken) of Eagle Lake, MN and Nicole Whalen of Manteca, CA; her stepgrandchildren, Antonio Doninguez and Cinnamon Sanchez of Sacramento, CA; her great grandchild Stella Bracken; her stepgreat-granddaughter Laynee Bracken of Eagle Lake, MN; her siblings, Dennis (Linda Johnson) of Minnetonka, MN, Brenda (Jim Kellogg) of Taopi, MN and Loren (Patty Johnson) of Mankato, MN; and her parents-in-law, Jean Garvick of Elmore, MN, Rich Whalen of Wells, MN and Pam (Donnie Klocek) of Wells, MN. She is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
