It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Evan of Wells, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on August 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hawker and Mary Hawker; her husband Eugene Evan; her siblings, Catherine McCarthy (Glen), Madelyn Anderson (Ike), Agnes Stencel (Jim), Joan Geary (Glen), LuVerne Hawker (Hazel), Clarence "Bud" Hawker (Lorna), Edward Hawker (Elvera) and James; and her sister-in-law Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Therese Evan (Julie), Joseph Evan (Debra), Deborah Hendrickson, Thomas Evan (Wendy) and Mary Beth Lesto (Kevin); her grandchildren, Angela Jones (Chris), Christine Hasselman (Michael), Victoria Evan (Becky), Candace Evan, Brittney Dovenberg (Jason), Dylan Hendrickson, Alexander Evan (Nicole Paterson), Nathan Evan, Elizabeth Evan, Jocelyn Lesto, Grant Lesto and Gage Lesto; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Parker Jones, Noah Hasselman, Gracelyn Hasselman, Benjamin Evan, Nicholas Evan, Orion Hendrickson, Nova Hendrickson, Brock Dovenberg and Cade Dovenberg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
