She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Treinen and Wilma Treinen (Raetz); her sister Kathy Lathrop-Turk; and her siblings-in-law, Sara Jane Treinen and Ron Lathrop.
She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Treinen of Des Moines, IA, Maren Hayes (Mike) of Seattle, Ann Goodmanson (Scott) of Albert Lea, MN, Lea Nowak (Mark) of Wells, MN, Laurie Stroud (Pat) of Danville, CA and Joyce Galvin (Tom) of Holstein, IA; and her brother-in-law Donnie Turk of Council Bluffs, IA.. She is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, their spouses, and children.
Memorials may be directed to Life Skills Training Center in Le Mars, Iowa.
