We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2025, at the age of 72, Glendon R. Giese of Wells, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Adam Giese and Viola Matilda Meyer; his children, Tiffany and Jay; and his siblings, Betty Goodrich (Don), Darlene Troff and Darrell Troff.
He is survived by: his close friend Barb Albers of Wells; his sister Darla Horntasch (Jack) of Wells; his children, Tina Giese (Kenneth Schroeder) of Wells, Jeff Giese (Kim) of Wells, Nathan Giese (Sandra Panning) of Braham, MN, Christin Johnson (Pat Wagner) of Chandler, AZ, Dezeray Sanders of Colombia, TN and Shantel Hart (Dylan) of Windsor, CO; his grandchildren, Samantha Schroeder, Skyler, Potter, Ryder Giese, Sunshine, Jeffrey, Clarissa Giese, Dameyon Giese, Riley Johnson, Rayne, Taylor, Reagan Sanders and Oliver Hart; and his great grandchildren, Isaac and Azalia Mathews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nasinec Funeral Home (255 2nd Ave SW, Wells, MN 56097). A reception was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wells American Legion (145 W Franklin St, Wells, MN 56097).
