He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Stenzel and Amelia Stenzel (Bushlack); his in-laws, Herbert and Elizabeth Noetzel; his brother Clem; his sister-in-law Jean Stenzel; his brother Richard Stenzel; and his siblings-in-law, Ann (Floyd Falkum), David (Lavonne Noetzel), Margaret (David Shepherd) and Noel (Ruth Noetzel).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Stenzel of Wells; his children, Mark Stenzel (Leah) of Blaine, MN, Ron Stenzel (Wanda) of Marshall, MN, Pat Stenzel (Joanie) of Wells, MN, Mary Thrond (Steve) of Walters, MN and Ann Roberts (Lee) of New Hope, MN; his brother Dan Stenzel (Betty); his sister-in-law Barbara Stenzel of Wells, MN; and also, Tina Madson (Chuck) of Faribault, MN, Steve Noetzel (Jenny) and Mary Giese (Don) of Sun City, AZ.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
