He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Juhl and Elizabeth Juhl (Updike); his parents-in-law, Harold and Myrtle Ficken; his siblings-in-law, Debra Juhl and David Ficken; and his nieces and nephews, Anne Peterson, Chantal Plumhoff, Troy Plumhoff and Matt Plumhoff.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ficken; his daughter Tammy Rettke (Bob); his grandchildren, Alan, Nathan and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Addison; his siblings, Bruce Juhl (Judy), Harold Juhl (Valerie), Martin Juhl, Delores Wilke (Wayne), Beverly Peterson (Sylvan) and Barbara Plumhoff (Russell); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Ficken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the First Responders EMT % Welcome Fire Department.
