He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Olson and Caroline Olson (Schaffer); his wife Bernice Treichler of Welch; and his siblings, Conrad, Godfrey, Eugene, Helen Daley and Frances Kilgore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Granquist (Carl) of Shoreline, WA, Paulette Sutherland (John) of Casper, WY and Judy Ramboldt (Rocky) of Goodhue, MN; his grandchildren, Claire Granquist of Shoreline, WA, Carl Granquist (Courtney Pearson) of Shoreline, WA, Erin Una Olson (Brad Bernstein) of Austin, TX, Benjamin Billings (Stephanie) of San Mateo, CA, Rebekah Stout (Jeff) of Jamaica Plain, MA, Hannah Acosta (Angel) of Casper, WY, Anna Ramboldt (Emilia) of Linghem and Laura Ramboldt of Goodhue; his great grandchildren, Uma, Kaveen Chainani, Quinntin Bernstein, Zinnia, Kye Acosta, Phoebe Stout and Walter Ramboldt; and his sister Harriet Schammel of Red Wing. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
