He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael R. Kloster and Margaret Kloster (Hamm). He is survived by: his wife Judy Schultz; his former spouses, Teri Shepherd, Stephanie Ienn and Michael Kloster; and his stepchildren, Michael Jackson, Wade Jackson and Cheryl Jackson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and many, many friends.
