She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Owen and Frances Mildred Owen (Hoffman); her husband Frank David Clark; her siblings, Delphine Emma Owen-Chapman, Irene Owen-Gibson, Quentin "Bechee" Owen, Owen, Barbara Owen-Jefferson and Calvin Owen; and her great grandchild Breanna Pese.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Zavala. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-granchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Prairie Island Community Center (1158 Island Blvd, Welch, MN 55089). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
