She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyla Harter (Moore) and Joseph Harter of Owatonna; and her nephew Raymond. She is survived by: her spouse Alan Strand; her son Dylan Strand (Tanya) of Welch; her grandchildren, Graydon, Dayne and Adalynn; her son Nathaniel Strand of Lakeville; and her siblings, Ken Harter of Northfield and Nancy Harter (Carl Neer) of Two Harbors. She is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; and don't forget her cuddly cats.
