He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; his daughter Melodee Ann; and his siblings, Evelyn Knight and Buddy Joe Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Billy Boucher Jr., Diane "Missy" Boucher and Elizabeth Engel (Bob); and his sister Lois Hartline. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
