He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Johnson and Carole Johnson (Bouley); and his sister Natalie Hansen. He is survived by: his brother Tim Johnson (Lori); his nephews, Zach Johnson (Brooke) and Josh Johnson (Maddie); and his great-nieces, Harper and Lennon.
