He is survived by: his wife Virginia; and his children, Danielle, Kayle and Brandon.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations can be made in his honor to The V Foundation, a cause Scott held close to his heart, or to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, where Scott and his family worship.
