He is survived by: his mother Gladys Hollida; his great grandchildren, Lili, Nena and Kailani; his friends, Sue, Sophia and Sam; his children, Mike, David (Meg) and Dusty; his stepchildren, Bill (Vikki), Jewel (Michael) and Frank Jr. (Kathryn); his siblings, Jim (Darleen), Joann (Bob) and Scott; his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Wendy, Tim, Sarah and Haley; and his grandchildren, Tim, Alisha, Sonny, Rachelle, Joe, Christopher, DJ, Brandon, Nathan, Maranda, Jackson, Elijah, Jonah and Aster.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral and burial expenses.
