He is survived by: his children, Ron Row, Stacey Row Higdon and Jessica Ellanson (Jake); his grandchildren, Grant and Abigail Higdon; his sisters, Teri Tolbert and Sue Thayer; his niece Alissa Crow (Brian); his nephews, Jason Tolbert (Sarah) and Michael Jones (Jenna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin and Nevan Crow; his nieces, Rachel, Mary Catherine, Elizabeth and Edith Tolbert; his nephew David Jones; and his cousin Debbie Larsen (John).
