He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lipkin and Dorothy Lipkin. He is survived by: his wife Debi; his daughters, Katie Kinnaman (John) and Callie Lipkin; and his brother Dr. David Lipkin (Dianne). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.

The family requests donations to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity in lieu of flowers.
