He was predeceased by: his father Anthony DeJute. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harantha DeJute; his children, Gregory DeJute (Heather), Stephen DeJute (Ashley) and Lauren Imperiale (Brian); his grandchildren, Jake, Dane, Madeleine, Sophia, Patrick and Sean; his mother Jean Murphy; and his siblings, Mark DeJute (Karen), David DeJute (Eric), Diane Neidermaier (Glenn) and Julie Riley (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials preferred to Holy Name of Jesus, Our Lady of Peace Hospice (St Paul), or Pancreatic Cancer Network.
