She is survived by: her children, Michael (Becca), Shawn (Sarah), Shanon Hasselfeldt (Kip) and Gary Phillips; her grandchildren, Lucas, Lincoln, Nate, Elizabeth, Emily, Ellie and Everly; her mother Doris; and her siblings, Butch Hoffman (Vicky), Sue Portner (Ron), Jeanne Schaefer and Mary Nilson (Dwight).
