He is survived by: his father Alistair Jacques (Karen); his sister Sophie; his mother Kristin Boyle (Ryan); his sisters, Ashley, Heather (Tim) and Kelsey; and his grandparents, Bill, Betty, Jon, Lori, Rita, Marcia and Dorothy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
