With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Jeanne Cox (Wayzata, Minnesota), who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Long and Charlotte Long of Minneapolis, MN; and her siblings, Mary Nelson (Long) of Lake Charles, LA and Robert Long of Bloomington, MN.. She is survived by: her husband James O. Cox; her children, Linda Roal of Plymouth, MN, Wendy Roal Warner (Jim) of Orono, MN and Wayne Roal (Dione) of Hays, NC; her stepsons, Darrell Cox (Carrie) of Raleigh, NC and Brian Cox of Hopkins, MN; her grandchildren, Colby, Shelby, Jesse, Elise, Brent, Ryan and Katie; and her friend Gail Olson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and many loving friends.
In memory of Nancy, flowers accepted or donations may be sent to The Dignity Center, Minneapolis, or The Salvation Army.
