He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adolph Wotipka and Lucille Kratochvil Wotipka; his brother David Wotipka; his stepmother Antonia; his stepbrothers, Donald and Dennis Dolezal; his brother-in-law Fred Ehrlich; his wife Linda; his mother-in-law Melva Gregory; his sister Laverne Ehrlich; his stepsister Shirley Dolezal; his brother Adolph Wotipka (Diane); his brothers-in-law, Dana Gregory (Marie) and Clinton Gregory; his nieces and nephews, Lucy Miller, Jennette Bodiford (Mitch) and Robin Wotipka; his stepdaughter Janell Strube; and his sons, Scott Gregory, Matthew Gregory and Jeremy Loyer. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many other nieces and nephews and loving friends.

The last few months were hard for Lee as he battled many illnesses, including COVID.
