She was predeceased by: her sons, Adam and Reid; her siblings, Chris and Leslie; and her parents, Richard Dunlap and Marian Dunlap.
She is survived by: her son Curt; her grandchild Sawyer; her sister Melinda Smith of Colorado; and her former husband Alan Slonim.
