She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Jurek, Scott Jurek (Tamara), Dianne Lindeman (Todd) and Paul Jurek (Stacey); her grandchildren, Ashley (Jay), Anthony (Grace), Joshua, Aaron, Joe (Haley), Katie, Kristine and Donald; her great grandchildren, Bow and Easton; her siblings, Marvin (Ann), James (Carol), Mary Kay (Tom) and Evelyn (Daniel); and her brothers-in-law, Roger Jurek and Ronald Hoffman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
