He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Kimberly Jurek, Scott Jurek (Tamara), Dianne Lindeman (Todd) and Paul Jurek; his grandchildren, Ashley (Jay), Anthony (Grace), Joshua, Aaron, Joe, Katie, Kristine and Donald; his great grandchildren, Bow and Easton; and his brother Roger Jurek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
