He is survived by: his children, Debbie Netka (Mike), Greg (Lisa) and Dave (Becky); his sister Jo Ward; his grandchildren, Sean Netka (Shea), Jeremy Netka (Katie), Michael Rye, Rachel Rye and Jamie Rye; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Netka, Isla Netka, Sydney Netka, Von Caffey and Sloan Caffey.
