He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sisters, Alma Green (Norman) and Denise Butler (Cliff); his grandchildren, David, Travis, Church, Celia, Landon, Avery and Annika; and his great grandchild Jake. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
