She is survived by: her sons, Roscoe Clayton Webb III (Catherine) and Timothy Deere Webb; her grandchildren, Caitlin Velie White (Joshua), Ashley Elizabeth Webb, Sara Decker McCarthy (Alec), Finley Clayton Webb and Madigan Velie Webb; her great grandchildren, Decklynn Laurel White and Camden Ryan White; and her siblings, Margaret Velie Kinney and Edward Decker Velie (Eve).
