Suster (Dana), Rosemary and Hunter of Newell, SD; and his siblings, Bruce MacPhail of Ramona, CA, Kent MacPhail of Minnetonka, Marnie Calton of Colorado Springs, CO and Laurie Wohlrabe (Bruce) of Maple Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
