He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Patti Heller (Mark), Mary Jo Lemke (Lyle), Tim LePage (Janet Gruenhagen Hugo), Michele Luhmann (Kent) and Lisa Milhausen (Travis); his grandchildren, Brittany Buxcel (Jason), Danny Heller (Shayla), Tom Lemke (Nina), Nick Lemke, Calvin Hugo, Abby Luhmann, Tyler Pipo, Travis Milhausen Jr. and Kiersten Milhausen; his great grandchildren, Hallie, Porter, Flint Heller and Peyton Lemke; and his sisters-in-law, Marcy LePage, Karen LePage, Kathy Stephani and Carol Zander. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
