He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isadore Decker and Elizabeth Decker of Waverly, MN.; his wife Tillie (Cecilia Heurung); and his children, Ken Decker (Alice Olson), Karen Rassat (John), Dan Decker (Wendy), Jim Decker (Becky), O'Hotto, JoAnn LePage and Carol Tuchtenhagen. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I was proud to be a member of the Knights of Columbus, delivered Meals on Wheels and enjoyed helping Sister Kathleen, Sister Irene and Sister Donna deliver clothing donations.
