He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Debbie of Waverly, Breyer of Waverly, Mike Decker (Jane) of Waverly, Pat Decker of Waverly, Diane Rohl (Gerard) of Buffalo, Cathy Grosser (Mike) of Waverly, Tom Decker (Lisa) of Waverly, Annie Stevermer (Greg) of Rochester and Jody Decker of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
