She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ralph, Mary Jane Fern and Eldora Harris; and her uncles, Daryl Harris and Dan Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Ariana Fern and Jackson; her parents, Ray Fern (Carrie) and Sandy Fern; and her siblings, Tami Hanson (Ben), Stephanie Fern, Emma Kallio, Brent Moist (Jenny) and Skyler Dacus (Bri). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome for her children.
