It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas William Ruhland (Watkins, Minnesota), born in Eden Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Ruhland and Lucy Ruhland (Westrup); and his siblings, Kay Olson (George), Judy McCann (Gene), Evelyn, Margaret, Ralph and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Heaney Ruhland; his children, Jeff (Tere), Roch (Gail), Joe (Marcie), Robert (Rhonda), Coletta Wortz (Allan), Peter (Kathy), Paul (Rose) and Beth Hesse (William); his siblings, Luella Cremers (Orville), Mary Lee Ruhland, Jeanette Erickson (Tom), Irene Rossmeisl (Ross) and George Ruhland (Mary Jo); and his sisters-in-law, Rosie Becker and Barb Ruhland. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
