He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hedeen and Hazel Hedeen (Nelson); his brothers, Gordon and Richard; and his grandson Brady Kalkbrenner.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Hedeen (Kadrie) of Watkins, MN; his children, Pamela Atwell of Flint, Mark Hedeen (Pop) of Thailand, Cindy Euerle (Del) of Eden Valley, MN, Nancy Roering of Albany, MN, Amy Kalkbrenner (Ricky) of Litchfield, MN and Jill Hiltner (Dennis) of Eden Valley, MN; and his siblings, Lawrence Hedeen (Mary) of Paynesville, MN, Willard 'Billy' Hedeen (Jo) of Avon, MN and Janet Wendroth of Eden Valley, MN.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
