He was predeceased by: his parents, Orwin Simmons and Lucille Simmons (Adolph); his wife Sandra Simmons (Anderson); his siblings, Shirley Keller and Howard Simmons; his nieces, Christine Simmons and Louie Fuchs; and his brother-in-law David Brough.
He is survived by: his children, Orwin Aaron Simmons of Richmond, MN, Dacia Francis (Michael) and Brittnay Davis-Simmons (Whitney) of Belding, MI.; his siblings, DuWayne Simmons (Marilys) of Sauk Rapids, MN, Franklin Simmons (Irene) of Santa Maria, CA, LeRoy Simmons (Sharon) of Watkins, MN, David Simmons (Kathy) of North Pole, AK and Jeanene Brough of Salem, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Georgia, Stella, Ariana, Greyson, Everett, Asher, Liam, Benson and Kayde. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
