He is survived by: his wife Kate; his daughters, Cheryl Armendariz (Paul), Kathleen Powell (Vern), Patricia Gertz (Dave) and Sarah Hansen; and his sister Betty Schaal (Fred). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
