She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vohnoutka and Bessie Vohnoutka (Pavlicek); her husband Clifford Jacobs; and her siblings, Marion, Angie, Archie, George, Richard and Francis.
She is survived by: her son Steven; her siblings, Rosemary Borchardt (Ronald), Robert Vohnoutka (Delilah) and Joseph Vohnoutka; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Vohnoutka and Kathy Vohnoutka; her children, Linda Fitts (Dana), Steve Jacobs (Jeanne) and Mark Jacobs (Nikki); her grandchildren, Andrew Fitts, Eric Fitts, Adam Jacobs, Elana Jacobs, Tracy Jacobs, Mary Kramvik, Carrie Hicks and Elizabeth Jacobs; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Tristan Kramvick, Harvey, Gavin Cloutier and Elle Hicks. She is also survived by 10 children.
