It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dustin Joe Gilligan of Waterville, Minnesota, born in Northfield, Minnesota, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Devan Lea Gilligan; and his grandparents, Don Gilligan (Louise), Ginny Gilligan, Red and Marlys Jackson.
He is survived by: his parents, Robin Gilligan and Linda Gilligan (Jackson); his wife Eva; his children, Bailey Gilligan (Brandon Welch), Tegan Gilligan (Ty), Mika Risley (Kyle), Robert Spahr (Laura Adams) and Breeanna Spahr (Doug Windsor); his sister Holly Hubers; and his nieces, Casey and Rylee. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
