He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Beatrice Smith; and his wife Susan Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis F. Smith of Waterville; and his siblings, Barbara of Florida, Kathy of Florida and Steven (Sheila) of Florida.
