It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Loren Smith of Waterville, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Loren Smith; his parents-in-law, Earle and Betty Jane Taylor; and his brothers-in-law, Phil Spurgin and Dave Eggestein.
He is survived by: his mother Pearl Smith (Zimmerman) of Richfield; his wife Lori Taylor of Waterville; his grandson Andy Griffith; his sons, Jonathan Smith (Beth) of Waterville and Joshua Smith (Emily) of Medford; his grandchildren, Logan, Brayton, Caylee, Judson and Michael Smith (Lauren) of Pickerington, OH; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Mason, Charlotte and Ethan Smith (Amy) of Northfield; his sisters, Becky Gilmour (George) of Burnsville and Janiel Preuss of Burnsville; his siblings-in-law, Jim Taylor (Becky) of Waterville, Chuck Taylor (Lisa) of Elysian, Rich Taylor (Jeanette) of Elysian, Bob Taylor (Marsha) of Medford and Lynette Spurgin of Rosemount; and also Skylar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
